Core Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a production leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience managing external development pipelines, outsourcing partnerships, or co-development initiatives within the video game industry.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of game development, including production planning, art pipelines, programming constraints, QA, audio, localization, and live operations.
• Proven experience using Agile production and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Monday, or similar platforms.
• Solid artistic or technical expertise relevant to asset review and validation, with the ability to assess quality, consistency, and implementation requirements.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset, resilience to ambiguity, and the ability to manage multiple.
